The GT2560R Turbocharger:

The GT2560R is a perfect turbo for a 250-360hp power range. Suitable for any 1.8 - 3.0L Motor. It also features a internal wastegate for a simple installation.

The GT2560R has great spool times & power response. Due to Garrett's GT wheel design and Dual Ball Bearing center cartridges. These turbos are also water cooled which allows for the turbo to operate at lower temperatures. Which in turns makes these turbos very reliable.
